Terms of Service

ReviewFlow AI is a software-as-a-service product that helps businesses collect QR-based customer feedback and helps their customers write honest, editable draft reviews to post on Google. We do not auto-post reviews. We do not incentivise reviews. We do not generate fake reviews.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract .
• You must provide accurate business information (legal/trading name, contact email, valid Google review URL).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

• The plan is ₹199/month for the first location and ₹100/month for each additional location.
• Billing is monthly via Razorpay using UPI Autopay, card e-mandate, or net banking e-mandate.
• The first payment is captured immediately on mandate authorisation; subsequent payments are auto-debited on the same date each month.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Generate fake, paid, incentivised, or templated reviews.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or business.
• Coerce customers into giving 5-star ratings or hide negative feedback in ways that mislead the public.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the Service, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with other customers' accounts.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates Google's review policies or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

Feedback collected from your customers via your QR page belongs to you (the business owner). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it back to you in your dashboard, and to generate AI draft text from it. We will not sell or share this content with third parties for marketing.

The AI draft is a suggestion only. The customer always sees, edits, and copy-pastes the draft themselves before posting on Google. You agree that you will not represent AI-generated drafts as having been independently written by the customer where Google or any other platform requires disclosure.

We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. For sustained outages longer than 24 hours within a billing month, the credit terms in the Refund Policy apply.

The Service, including software, design, brand, and documentation, is owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your active subscription. You retain ownership of your business data and customer feedback.

The Service relies on Supabase (auth + database, Mumbai region), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), and OpenAI / Anthropic (AI drafts). Your use of those providers via our Service is also governed by their respective terms.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ranking, or business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) misuse of the Service, or (c) content you upload that infringes another party's rights.

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. On termination, we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy retention rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the city of our registered business address, as listed on our Contact page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to all active account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
