ReviewFlow AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered entirely electronically over the internet. No physical goods are shipped. This page exists because Our payment aggregator requires every merchant website to publish a shipping / delivery policy, even for digital-only services.
1. What you receive
When you complete sign-up and your first payment is captured, you instantly receive:
- Access to your ReviewFlow AI dashboard at app.getreviewflowai.com
- A unique QR feedback page for your business (e.g. /r/your-business-name)
- A downloadable QR poster (PDF / PNG) you can print and display in your store
- Email and password access tied to the email you signed up with
2. Delivery timeline
Delivery is instant. The moment your first payment is captured by our payment partner (Razorpay), your dashboard, QR page, and poster become accessible. There is no waiting period and no physical dispatch.
In the rare case of a payment that requires manual bank confirmation (e.g. some net-banking e-mandates), access is enabled within a maximum of 24 working hours after the payment confirmation webhook is received.
3. Geographic availability
The Service is primarily designed for businesses operating in India and billed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR). Customers with an internet connection can use the dashboard. Customers who scan your QR code only need a smartphone — no app download is required.
4. No shipping charges
Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, or delivery taxes. The only charge is the monthly subscription (₹199/month + ₹100/month per additional location).
5. If you cannot access the service
If you have paid but cannot access your dashboard within 30 minutes of payment, please email support@getreviewflowai.com from the email address on your account. We will resolve access issues within 24 business hours or issue a full refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
