We want you to be happy with ReviewFlow AI. This page explains exactly when you can get a refund, how cancellations work, and the small print around add-ons.
1. Subscription model
ReviewFlow AI is sold as a monthly subscription:
- ₹199/month — base plan, 1 business, 1 QR feedback page
- + ₹100/month for each additional business location
Billing is monthly, charged via Razorpay on the day you sign up. Your card is re-charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee (new customers)
If you are a new customer and you cancel within 7 calendar days of your first payment, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Email support@reviewflow.ai from your registered account email and we will issue the refund within 5–7 working days.
3. Cancellation at any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support. When you cancel:
- Your QR feedback page stays active until the end of the current billing month.
- No further charges are made to your card.
- You can keep accessing the dashboard until the end of the billing period.
4. No partial refunds after day 7
Beyond the 7-day window, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing month. You keep access to the service until the end of the month you've already paid for.
5. Additional-location add-ons
Locations added mid-month are pro-rated for the remainder of that month, then billed at the full ₹100/month from the next cycle. Removing a location takes effect from the next billing cycle and does not generate a refund for the current month.
6. Service outages
If we have a sustained outage of more than 24 hours within a billing month, we will, on request, credit your next month's invoice on a pro-rated basis.
7. Refunds for failed services
If a feature stops working in a way that materially affects your use of the product and we cannot fix it within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund of the current month's charge.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first at support@reviewflow.ai before raising a chargeback with your bank — we will resolve almost any legitimate refund request faster than the dispute process.
9. How to request a refund
- Email support@reviewflow.ai from the email address on your account.
- Mention your business name and the date of the charge you want refunded.
- We will reply within 24–48 business hours.
- Approved refunds appear on your card within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
10. Changes to this policy
We will email all active customers at least 14 days before making any change that reduces these refund rights.
